Effective and efficient communication with staff and customers is vital to Fountain Art's ability to succeed as a national producer and distributor of quality products, and as a service provider. To meet the demands of a
competitive market, information to and from customers and suppliers has to be communicated promptly, accurately and courteously.
At Fountain Art employees at all levels will need to be able to communicate with a range of people including:
• office personnel
• existing customers
• new or potential customers
• builders, developers
• local council staff
• suppliers of equipment, materials, plants
• corporate clients
• professionals such as solicitors, architects and landscape designers
