5.3 Code of Conduct

The following principles and practices apply to all staff of Fountain Art. All staff should:


• be honest and deal fairly with other staff customers and members of
      the public


• respect cultural and social differences among staff and customers


• act in the best interests of the company and its customers


• work to the best of their ability to provide a quality service and products
to customers


• be accountable for using their time and company resources efficiently


• be discrete and always respect the confidentiality of company, staff and
      customer information, other than when required by law to disclose information


• report behaviour that is unsafe, dishonest or discriminatory


• act in a way that promotes cooperation and good relations among the
people you work with


• dress appropriately to industry expectations


• carry out all reasonable requests and instructions.
