5.1 Policy

Fountain Art conducts its business according to soundly based principles of ethical practice. The company has established a reputation throughout the business community for fair and honest dealing. The company requires its executive and management staff to declare all personal commercial interests and relationships, and to decline client offers or gifts made in return for preferential treatment. In negotiating contracts, for example, staff must not engage in outside services or consultancies without the formal permission of
the company. On appointment, all senior staff must take part in the company's `ethical conduct program', and thereafter actively promote and monitor the company's code of ethics within their respective departments.

To maintain Fountain Art's ethical reputation, each employee is required to observe ethical practices and the company code of conduct.
