14.1 Policy

Each department and section at Fountain Art is responsible for organising its work to meet company and department goals. Individual staff members are expected to organise their own work schedules using effective organising techniques. When teams are formed to complete a particular task, each member is required to participate in the decision making process and in setting and achieving the team goals. All members of staff should become familiar with the company's full range of products, its branch offices and
major clients and suppliers.
