• check that all the contents are in the right order and documents meet company standards


• advise the Office Manager if a document is not complete


• maintain equipment according to the operating manual


• check that weekly supplies have been delivered


• complete 'stationery requisition form' to order new supplies and submit that form to the Clerical Assistant


• organise training sessions at request of Office Manager
