All documents for client and public information must meet quality standards of presentation. The binding and laminating machines are located in the photocopying room in the Administration Department. All staff should attend the training sessions conducted by the department. Only appropriately trained members of staff are to use binding and laminating machines.

Binding and laminating machines are to be used for the formal presentation of company documents only.
